horoma uses AI and deep learning for remote sensing in agriculture, forestry, land use and the environment.
The company is looking for two resourceful geomatics interns to collect and process geospatial data from various sources to develop and validate deep learning and AI databases. The internship will last 12 weeks.
Tasks :
- Collect, enter, and analyze geospatial data from various sources, including managing and manipulating existing databases.
- Validate the labeling of spatial data captured from geographic information systems.
- Collaborate with the Artificial Intelligence development team on data processing and process improvements for preparation, processing, and review of AI classification results.
- Other related duties.
Skills required :
- Cartography and Geographic Information Systems Q-GIS
- Programming: Python is an asset.
- Operating systems: Linux and Windows
- Languages: French and English spoken and written
